Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! To offer you the widest selection of unique products at competitive prices, we fulfill orders from multiple fulfillment centers located across both the United States and international hubs. 

Because our inventory is distributed across different warehouses, delivery times vary depending on where the specific product is stocked.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within **1 to 3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Please refer to the delivery windows below based on product location:

US-Stocked Items (Domestic Warehouse): Delivered within 3 to 8 business days via local carriers (USPS/UPS).

Internationally Stocked Items (Global Hubs): Delivered within 7 to 15 business days via expedited line-haul shipping (such as CJPacket).

Note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times if they are dispatched from different warehouses.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking details typically update within 48 hours of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For items shipped from our international fulfillment centers, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
